Meet the Team

Stefaan Bultinck – Owner
Dear fellow equestrians,
My name is Stefaan Bultinck. I was born in Belgium where I lived for 30 years where I was active as an equestrian. I moved to Florida in 1994 where I had a career in Real Estate, but never lost my love for horses. In Europe I was educated in the sport as an English rider and race horse trainer. Only later in life in Colorado did I discover the western riding style and riding / packing /camping with my horses in the mountains has become my passion. When I had the opportunity to acquire Spring Hollow Ranch it opened the door to fulfill the dream of creating a facility where every discipline is welcome. Whether your passion is dressage, jumping, eventing, roping, cutting, reining or whatever your equestrian desire may be, there is a place for you and your horses at Spring Hollow Ranch and Equestrian Park.
Haley Williams – Ranch General Manager
Haley has always been passionate about the “cowboy” lifestyle, having surrounded herself with horses her entire life. She always knew that the equine industry was where she wanted to be. At the age of 18, she was hired by Dell Ridge Farm of Lexington, KY, a high profile thoroughbred breeding facility. Her duties included foaling over 100 mares per season, fitting horses for sales, and daily maintenance and care of the horses at the farm. This experience afforded her the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in many aspects of equine care.
She attended the internationally recognized Horse Training and Management program (HTM) at Lamar Community College (LCC) in Lamar, CO. In the spring of 2019, upon completing the two year program, she was awarded her Associates Degree in HTM. Through the knowledge and experience that she gained at LCC, she was hired to complete her internship as Breeding Manager at Manion Ranch, Pilot Point, TX. The main focus of the position was the welcoming and care of the next generation of future earners in the cutting horse industry.
Working and traveling with 2 time NFR qualifying barrel racer, Shali Lord, Haley gained experience and knowledge of the Rodeo Industry and the behind-the-scenes care and training of elite equine athletes. The diversity of her experiences in the equine world, excites her ability to share Spring Hollow Ranch and Equestrian Park.
